摘要

Abstract

Eddy current internal testing technology is widely used in defect detection in various industries,especially in important energy industries such as oil and gas pipelines,aerospace equipment,and nuclear industry.Due to its non-contact,high efficiency,and rich detection signal information content,it has good detection effects on industrial equipment with coating layers,heterogeneity,and multi-layer conductive structures that are extremely difficult to detect.The technical principles of eddy current internal detection are systematically elaborated,and the detailed analysis and comparison of the four core branch technology systems derived from traditional eddy current detection are provided,including far-field electromagnetic eddy current detection technology,multi-frequency electromagnetic eddy current detection technology,pulse electromagnetic eddy current testing technology,and eddy current array testing technology.Based on the on-site applicability analysis of three industries,the application examples of eddy current internal detection technology are studied,and the application requirements for the development of eddy current internal detection technology are clarified.At the same time,in order to better promote the development of eddy current internal detection technology,future prospects for the mechanism,technology integration,and engineering application of eddy current detection based on existing research foundations are provided,providing reference for risk control and integrity management in the energy industry.
