混凝土3D打印建造技术在桥梁工程的研究进展与应用
Research progress and applications of 3D concrete printing construction technology in bridge engineering

Abstract
Research on 3D concrete printing(3DCP)in bridge engineering remains limited and lacks systematic review.Through literature review and case analysis,this study compares equipment types and their applicability and summarizes research progress in process parameters and control technologies.Construction pathways for 3DCP bridges are classified,and the design and construction parameters of representative 3D-printed bridges in China and abroad are summarized.Their technical characteristics,construction methods,material selection,and performance in practical applications are analyzed in depth.The results show that 3DCP bridges can reduce formwork costs and integrate structural and decorative functions,offering advantages of efficiency,customization,and material savings.However,challenges remain,including low technological maturity,absence of standards,and difficulties in large-scale construction applications.Future research should focus on the development of specialized materials,intelligent control,quality monitoring,and design codes to support broader adoption and promote innovation in bridge design and construction methods.关键词
