Research on high-precision in-situ 3D printing technology and safety performance for single-story buildings with full-process collaboration

Abstract
To address the lack of systematic whole-process research on in-situ 3D printing technology for mobile robots and the challenges in quality control of 3D-printed concrete(3DPC),this study proposes a high-precision construction method based on integrated modeling,material analysis,process optimization,and structural design through a collaborative approach under the all-disciplinary BIM design-construction integration framework.Based on a demonstration project,an integrated design-construction BIM model was developed in the design stage,and finite element analysis was employed to evaluate structural safety.In the preparation stage,printing parameters,including path parameters and equipment specifications,were collaboratively optimized together with 3DPC parameters throughout the construction process.During the printing stage,key technologies were established for permanent formwork safety conditions,precise positioning of mobile 3D printing robots,and quality control throughout the printing cycle.The results show that,using the proposed collaborative control method,a 3DPC single-story building(21.5 m length×6.79 m width×4.77 m total height)was printed with strip-level height deviation and surface flatness within 0.5 mm tolerance,with zero empty travel distance between printing segments.The method satisfied design requirements for structural safety,high-precision and high-efficiency printing.关键词
