摘要

Abstract

Based on the core characteristics and essential requirements of Chinese modernization,this paper analyzes the value propositions of artificial intelligence development and application in China from three aspects:value foundation,value realization and value guidance.In terms of value foundation,the development of artificial intelligence in China is rooted in the fertile ground of scientific and technological thought of classic Marxist writers and the Chinese Communists,adhering to the value requirements from"science and technology for the people"to"AI for the benefit of the people",demonstrating a distinct people-oriented nature.From the perspective of value realization,based on the fundamental stance of science and technology serving the people,artificial intelligence is deeply integrated into the main battlefield of economic development,the front line of people's livelihood needs,and the forefront of governance modernization.In the dimension of value guidance,China actively advocates the concepts of jointly promoting development,safeguarding security,and sharing achievements,providing clear value guidance for the global development and governance of artificial intelligence.These three aspects collectively constitute the value orientation of artificial intelligence development in China.
