摘要

Abstract

High-quality regional development is a strategic development model centered on innovation-driven growth,with coordination and openness as key pillars.It is committed to achieving an organic unity of economic quality improvement and efficiency enhancement,social equity and progress,and ecological and environmental friendliness.It is not only a key approach to building a new development pattern in the new era but also an important practical path for promoting Chinese modernization.In this process,generative artificial intelligence technologies,typified by DeepSeek,are becoming the core digital infrastructure driving regional coordinated development.The value implications of DeepSeek in empowering high-quality regional development are primarily manifested in three aspects:enhancing the economic quality of regions,facilitating the coordinated advancement of economy and society,and forging a win-win cooperation ecosystem.DeepSeek empowers high-quality regional development by stimulating new vitality in regional technological iteration,providing new impetus for the upgrading of industrial levels,promoting a new pattern of efficient allocation of factors,and building a new foundation for sustainable ecological development.Based on the above analysis,this paper proposes a framework for generative artificial intelligence represented by DeepSeek to empower high-quality regional development.
