Abstract
Under the context of overseas railway slope soil nailing design,this study conducted a comparative analysis between the European limit state design system and the Chinese hybrid design system(combining safety factor with limit state design).Through systematic code review and case-based numerical analysis,this study systematically elucidated the impacts of these two systems on soil nail forces,structural parameters,and material configurations across four key dimensions:design architecture,verification logic,mechanical modeling,and safety control.The result shows that,the systemic differences between the two design frameworks lead to distinct patterns of structural response and material utilization,thereby influencing design economics.This research finding contributes to a deeper understanding of the conceptual divergences between Chinese and European geotechnical design philosophies.关键词
