青年"零糖社交"的现实表征、生成机理与引导路径
Realistic manifestations,generative mechanisms and guiding pathways of youth's"zero-sugar socializing"
摘要
Abstract
As an emerging social model among youth in the digital age,"zero-sugar socializing"is characteristic of realistic manifestations such as superficial interactions,moderated intimacy boundaries,and anonymous modes of expression,reflec-ting a shift in young people's social concepts and behaviors.The popularity and development of"zero-sugar socializing"can be attributed to multiple factors,including a"low-sugar"need driven by social pressure,emotion-driven"sugar control"motivated by the pursuit of self-pleasure,and cognition-induced"sugar reduction"resulting from information cocoons.While acknowledging that"zero-sugar socializing"can help alleviate social burdens and reduce psychological internal friction to some extent,it also risks issues such as insufficient social depth,the deterioration of social skills,and the solidification of so-cial circles.In view of this,we should alleviate youth social pressure through proactive concern,guide youth social needs by cultivating rationality,and improve the quality of youth social interactions by breaking through echo chambers,thereby pro-moting the formation of a rational,open,and healthy social outlook among young people.关键词
