摘要
Abstract
Zhang Yan led a life filled with hardships and frustrations yet strove unceasingly.Though aspiring to engage in politics and serve the people from an early age,he failed the imperial examination eight times.After entering officialdom,influ-enced by Wang Yangming's aspiration to attain sagehood,he refused to be enslaved by fame and fortune and dedicated himself to benefiting the common people.The harsh bureaucratic environment often stirred in his thoughts of seclusion,yet he never aban-doned his original aspiration.Zhang Yan's life experiences and inner reflections mirror the existential predicament of conscien-tious literati in feudal society,endowing his literary works with the rhythm of his era and enduring artistic vitality.关键词
