Abstract
A high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method was established for the simultaneous determination of three active components:rutin,quercetin,and sauchinone,in Saururus chinensis extract.Representative matrices,including emulsion,cream,lotion,essence oil,and traditional Chinese medicine powder,were ultrasonically extracted with methanol solution.The results showed that the three compounds showed good linearity within the concentration range of 1~200 mg/L(R²>0.999 9).The spiked recovery rates ranged from 86.3%to 104.8%,and the relative standard deviations(RSDs)were all below 5%(n=6).This method is rapid,accurate,and reproducible,and is suitable for the determination of active components in Saururus chinensis extract,providing a scientific basis for its quality control.关键词
