轻质石膏混凝土夹芯复合墙板受弯性能试验研究
Experimental study on the flexural behavior of GLC lightweight concrete sandwich panels

Abstract
Concrete sandwich insulated composite wall panels are widely used in building envelope systems.To investigate the flexural mechanism and bending performance of gypsum lightweight concrete(GLC)sandwich insulated composite exterior wall panels under lateral actions such as wind loads,an L9(34)orthogonal experimental design was adopted,with faceplate thickness,insulation core thickness,GLC strength,and longitudinal reinforcement diameter set as the influencing variables.A total of 18 full-scale specimens with 9 configurations were subjected to four-point bending tests under both positive and reverse loading conditions.The results indicate that the failure of the sandwich composite wall panels under lateral loading exhibits typical elastoplastic behavior,primarily manifested as flexural failure at normal sections and flexural-shear failure at inclined sections.Based on the elastic working state,calculation formulas for the flexural capacity of normal sections,shear capacity of inclined sections,and short-term stiffness were derived.The calculated results show well with the experimental data,demonstrating the reliability of the proposed formulas.关键词
