山东省农业转移人口市民化规划实施效果研究
Research on the implementation effects of the citizenization planning for agricultural transfer population in Shandong Province

Abstract
The citizenization of the agricultural transfer population is a core component of new-type urbanization.This paper,based on the China Migrants Dynamic Survey(CMDS)data from 2013 to 2018,employs a difference-in-differences model to assess the implementation effects of citizenization planning in Shandong Province at both provincial and municipal levels.The results show that citizenization planning significantly improves the citizenization level of the agricultural transfer population in Shandong Province,and the results remain robust after controlling for relevant control variables.Citizenization planning has a significant promoting effect on the the improvement of the citizenization level of the agricultural transfer population in large cities with a population of 1 million to 3 million.For cities with a population of more than 3 million,citizenization planning should focus on major contradictions and development bottlenecks to strengthen the pertinence of planning;for small and medium-sized cities with a population of less than 1 million,citizenization planning should adhere to demand-oriented and targeted policy implementation to avoid resource waste.关键词
