健脾化湿方联合司美格鲁肽治疗单纯性肥胖临床研究
Clinical observation of Jianpi Huashi prescription combined with semaglutide in the treatment simple obesity

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Jianpi Huashi prescription combined with semaglutide for simple obesity.Methods:Sixty patients with simple obesity were randomly divided into two groups,each with 30 people,according to different treatment methods.The control group received semaglutide treatment,while the observation group was additionally treated with Jianpi Huashi prescription on the basis of the control group.The weight-related indicators,glycolipid indicators,liver and kidney function indicators,25-hydroxyvitamin D[25(OH)D]levels,weight loss efficacy,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after 3 months of treatment.Results:After 3 months of treatment,the W,BMI,WC,VFA,SFA,FBG,FINS,HbA1c,AST,UA,CHO,TG,and LDL of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).FC,HDL,and 25(OH)D were all increased,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).ALT,Cr,eGFR were not statistically different(P＞0.05).The total effective rate of weight loss in the observation group after 3 months of treatment was 100.00％,the effective rate of weight loss in the control group was 86.70％,and the difference in weight loss efficacy between the two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The observation group was superior to the control group.The total incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.33％(1/30),which was lower than that of the control group 20.00％(6/30),and the difference was statistically significant(x2=7.97,P＜0.05).Conclusion:Combined traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment with Jianpi Huashi prescription and semaglutide is more effective than semaglutide alone,and can reduce the W,WC,VFA,and SFA of patients with obesity,improve their glycolipid metabolism,liver and kidney function,and 25(OH)D levels,and has a good safety profile.关键词
