清补方治疗初期哺乳期乳腺炎随机对照研究
Randomized controlled trial of Qingbu prescription in the treatment of early lactation mastitis

Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of empirical Qingbu prescription compared with classical pre-scription Gualou Niubang decoction in the treatment of early lactation mastitis,and to explore whether the method of tonifying qi and blood,clearing heat and dredging compliaries is better than the traditional therapy of soothing the liv-er and clearing the stomach,clearing milk and reducing swelling.Methods:A total of 60 patients with lactation masti-tis were included in the study,and the enrolled patients met the inclusion criteria,and were divided into groups by random number table method:The observation group(30 cases,Qingbu prescription oral),the control group(30 ca-ses,Gualou Niubang decoction oral).Clinical symptom score and pain score were evaluated before treatment and on the 7th day of treatment,the indexes of white blood cell(WBC),neutrophil percentage(N％)and C-reactive protein(CRP)were detected,and BSES short form(BSES-SF)of breast-feeding self-efficacy was recorded.The clinical effi-cacy of Qingbu prescription and Gualou Niubang decoction in the treatment of lactation mastitis was compared,and the confidence and efficiency of breast-feeding before and after treatment were evaluated.Results:Symptom scores and total symptom scores of the two groups were lower after treatment than before treatment(all P＜0.05),and the observation group had more significant therapeutic effects in reducing breast mass,promoting milk secretion,relie-ving cold and fever symptoms(all P＜0.05).In terms of the cure rate of the two groups(80.00％in the observation group vs 53.33％in the control group),the observation group was better(P＜0.05),and the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(all P＜0.05).After treatment,WBC,N％the inde-xes of and CRP in 2 groups were decreased compared with those at initial diagnosis(P＜0.05).VAS pain scores of both groups were lower after treatment than before treatment(P＜0.05).In terms of BSES-SF scores,the scores of the two groups were significantly increased after treatment(P＜0.05),and the score of the observation group in-creased more significantly(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Qingbu prescription can significantly improve the cure rate of early lactation mastitis patients,improve clinical symptoms,enhance breastfeeding self-confidence.关键词
