Key Characteristics of Organizational Management in the AI Era,Quantum Management,and"Heart·Management"from the Perspective of Traditional Chinese Culture

Abstract
The integration of intelligent agents as"quasi-organizational members"into workflows is di-rectly challenging organizational structures of authority and responsibility,decision-making methods,power dynamics,and ethical considerations.This has catalyzed structural changes in management ob-jects and models:the quantization of organizational structure,increasingly severe environmental ambi-guity,the vulnerability of management subjects,and the entanglement between management subject and object.The state of management presented by organizations in the AI era can be understood as a"quantum management state":the traditionally distinct boundaries between management subject and object,observer and observed,controller and controlled are increasingly blurred and dissolved,re-placed by a deeply coupled relationship of mutual penetration,mutual constitution,and co-evolution.Constrained by the inherent ambiguity and fluidity of the measured subjects themselves,traditional scale measurement methods face a profound"uncertainty principle"dilemma within the context of quan-tum management.The cognitive foundation of management is shifting from the pursuit of absolute"ob-jective clarity"towards acknowledging fundamental"relational construction"and the"cloud of possibili-ties."On the fertile intellectual ground where traditional Chinese culture resonates deeply with quantum physics,this paper builds upon the framework of"Heart·Management"and conducts an in-depth explo-ration of its six constituent components.关键词
