摘要

Abstract

Rumen bypass protein was a kind of protein that is not degraded by rumen microorganisms but entered the small intestine directly.It is an important pathway of amino acids absorbed by ruminants such as cattle and sheep.With the rapid development of animal husbandry,research on improving the rumen bypass rate and small intestinal digestibility of soybean meal is increasing both domestically and internationally,including chemical methods,physical coating and various heat treatment methods.Compared with the pro-duction methods and the rumen-passing rate,heating sugar to Maillard reaction with soybean meal is a green method.At present,the bypass rumen soybean meal is often produced by big feed companies by extru-sion process,baking-explosion process and high-pressure microwave-assisted extrusion process,and is mainly used in dairy production.In recent years,studies have shown that the bypass rumen soybean meal can increase the rumen-passing rate of protein and the amount of rumen undegraded protein(RUP)in the rumen,which further can improve the utilization rate by the ruminants of high-quality protein,to improve the dry matter intake,milk yield,milk protein percentage,milk fat percentage and lactose content of rumi-nant animals such as cows.This paper mainly introduces the production method and effect of rumen bypass soybean meal,to provide reference and guidance for the promotion and application of rumen bypass soybean meal production technology.
