摘要
Abstract
Pectic oligosaccharides(POS)are low-molecular-weight polymers generated from the degrada-tion of pectin and represent a novel prebiotic compound with considerable potential.The article summarizes the current knowledge on the structural characteristics,sources,and commonly applied preparation methods of POS,with particular emphasis on their biological activities and applications in livestock and poultry pro-duction.The objective is to highlight the advantages of POS in promoting animal growth and improving health,thereby providing a theoretical basis for maximizing their functional value and supporting further research and large-scale application of POS as feed additives.关键词
