Abstract
The chlorination-oxidation coupling process is a core technology in the fields of non-ferrous metal metallurgy and fine chemicals.The co-enrichment of multiple impurities in the chlorine circulation system can easily cause various problems.This paper clarifies that the core impurities in the system are Fe3+,Ca2+,SO42-and chlorobenzene,establishes a high-precision impurity prediction model and proposes operation condition control strategies.On this basis,amino phosphonic acid type chelating resin is selected as the optimal removal agent,and a fixed-bed adsorption process and an integrated regeneration scheme suitable for existing industrial equipment are developed.The research results can provide technical support for the stable and efficient operation of the chlorine circulation system in the chlorination-oxidation coupling process.关键词
