有色金属电解铝生产工艺优化与能效提升研究
Research on Optimization of Production Process and Energy Efficiency Improvement of Nonferrous Metal Electrolytic Aluminum
摘要
Abstract
This study explores the technological path to significantly improve energy efficiency in the production process of electrolytic aluminum,in order to address the challenges of high energy consumption and high emissions in the industry.By systematically analyzing the electrolysis process mechanism and energy consumption composition,combined with key technologies such as electrolytic cell structure optimization,intelligent control,application of new materials and waste heat recovery,power system upgrade and digital twin,a full process energy efficiency improvement system has been constructed,and its application effect has been verified through practical cases.Research has shown that through multi-dimensional collaborative optimization,the energy efficiency of electrolytic aluminum production can be systematically improved,with a significant reduction in DC power consumption per ton of aluminum and a comprehensive energy consumption reduction of over 10%,demonstrating good economic and environmental benefits.关键词
