Abstract
Bright copper refers to a type of copper with a copper content of 99.95%or more,which is obtained by electroplating from an electroplating solution and has a red and bright color.Bright copper,as one of the purchased miscellaneous copper types by Jinchuan Group,is a high-value metal raw material due to its high copper grade content.The deadline for issuing testing data reports will directly affect the company's trade settlement.In order to further improve the efficiency of the circulation of bright copper samples and minimize the negative impact of copper price fluctuations,the external inspection workshop has taken measures such as technical exchanges and equipment updates to improve work efficiency and change the current situation of long production time for bright copper samples.And the problems and shortcomings in the process of melt sampling were optimized to ensure that the application of melt sampling method fully meets the needs of inspection work.关键词
