Abstract
In response to the reliability and safety challenges faced by the deep well lifting system in non-ferrous metal mines,this study proposes an electrical control technology solution based on PLC.The hardware adopts S7-1500 series PLC to build a redundant architecture,integrating Profinet ring network communication;Collaborative mechanism of six functional modules in software design to achieve S-shaped curve speed regulation and load adaptive control;The data analysis layer integrates ARIMA prediction and multi-level warning rules.The application of Dianbei Copper Mine shows that the cycle time is shortened by 14%to 142 seconds,the energy consumption per ton of ore is reduced by 25%to 1.38 kWh,the downtime due to faults is reduced by 78%,and the response time of the safety circuit is improved by 73%.The system meets the requirements of high humidity and high dust conditions in kilometer deep wells,and the LCC model shows a payback period of 2.3 years.关键词
