Exploring Pathogenesis and Treatment of Gastric Precancerous Lesions Based on Theory of"Qi Deficiency and Stagnation"

Abstract
Gastric precancerous lesions(GPL)are an important part of secondary prevention for gastric cancer.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the inflammation-cancer transformation of the gastric mucosa is a dynamic process of deficiency leading to stagnation and deficiency worsening due to stagnation.According to the understanding of the pathogenesis of GPL in modern medicine,immune dysfunction and mitochondrial dysfunction may be the biological basis for spleen deficiency in GPL.The accumulation of inflammatory factors and metabolites,as well as microcirculatory disorders in the gastric mucosa,forms the microscopic basis for the inflammation-cancer transformation of the gastric mucosa,exacerbating the inflammatory response and damage of the gastric mucosa,and promoting the progression of inflammation-cancer transformation.This article summarized the therapeutic principles of tonifying deficiency and relieving stagnation based on the GPL pathogenesis evolution of qi deficiency and stagnation,providing ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of GPL.关键词
