麦草沟自然保护区植物群落多样性研究
Plant Community Diversity in Maicaogou Nature Reserve

Abstract
To systematically understand the current status of plant community diversity in Maicaogou Nature Reserve,a survey combining quadrat and transect methods was conducted from September 2024 to August 2025.The results showed that:(1)A total of 288 species of seed plants were recor-ded,belonging to 67 families and 198 genera,with herbaceous plants being the most species-rich(142 species)and trees having the highest number of individuals(1,158 individuals);(2)using TWINS-PAN classification,the forest communities were divided into 9 types,among which the Acer davidii-Staphylea bumalda-Smilax stans forest(Community Ⅸ)exhibited the highest diversity;(3)there were significant differences in diversity indices among different growth forms(p<0.05),with peren-nial plants dominating absolutely(91.66%);(4)canonical correspondence analysis indicated that alti-tude was the dominant factor influencing community distribution(eigenvalue 0.428).This study pro-vides a scientific basis for biodiversity conservation and sustainable forest management in Maicaogou Nature Reserve.关键词
