健康中国视域下无障碍体育环境建设的现实困境与破解策略
Dilemmas and Solutions for Construction of an Accessible Sports Environment in the Context of Healthy China
摘要
Abstract
The construction of an accessible sports environment is crucial for guaranteeing sports participation among disabled groups in China,improving their physical health,elevating overall population quality,and promoting social inclusion.To optimize such an environment,this study,grounded in the practical realities of building Healthy China,employs methods such as literature review,field investigation and logical analysis to clarify the connotation of building an accessible sports environment.Guided by the Wuli-Shili-Renli(WSR)methodology,the research provides an in-depth examination of the current dilemmas in the construction of an accessible sports environment in China.These are three intertwined dimensions:the physical(Wuli)dilemma characterized by structural contradictions in facility supply and lagging standard systems;the managerial(Shili)dilemma marked by deficiencies in service effectiveness and a lack of institutional support mechanisms;and the human(Renli)dilemma manifested in fragmented governance structures and the absence of an inclusive culture.Accordingly,this study proposes targeted pathways for resolution:addressing physical bottlenecks by enhancing facility development and refining the standard system;resolving the managerial difficulties via service innovation and rigid enforcement;and alleviating human-centered pain points by advancing integrated governance and public cognition.关键词
