Governance Innovation Empowering High-Quality Development of Youth Sports:International Reference and Chinese Paths
摘要
Abstract
Governance innovation empowers the high-quality development of youth sports,a necessity of the times and the key to building a sports power and a Healthy China.This study uses literature review and logical analysis to explore in depth the connotation,foreign experience,and Chinese paths of governance innovation empowering the high-quality development of youth sports.Drawing on the governance innovation experiences in foreign youth sports development,such as value concepts,organizational structures,cooperative relationships,and governance models,this paper proposes Chinese paths for governance innovation empowering high-quality development of youth sports.These paths consist of four dimensions:building value consensus,optimizing network architecture,constructing symbiotic mechanisms,and strengthening democratic consultation.Specific measures include:diversifying interactions to enhance policy governance effectiveness;promoting cross-border integration to innovate organizational governance systems;fostering responsible collaboration to advance cooperative governance;and facilitating equal dialogue to pool strengths for co-governance,thereby comprehensively stimulating the vitality of governance innovation and achieving high-quality development of youth sports.关键词
