基于多机协同的复杂建筑装饰形态设计与打印研究
Complex architectural decoration form design and printing based on multi-machine collaboration

Abstract
The demand for complex architectural decoration forms is growing rapidly.Traditional modeling design,processing and other methods have problems such as long design cycles,high processing costs and low efficiency,which are difficult to meet the requirements of efficient manufacturing.Therefore,we proposed a design and printing model for complex architectural decoration forms based on multi-machine collaboration.The study introduced the whale optimization algorithm with chaotic reverse learning strategy to achieve the collaborative optimization of form aesthetics and structural safety.On this basis,the particle swarm optimization algorithm was used to dynamically allo-cate tasks to multiple printers,and the ant colony algorithm was used to plan the printing path.Experiments show that the design optimization algorithm proposed can quickly reduce design cost and time.Meanwhile,the equipment utili-zation rate of the proposed model reaches up to 92.23%,the material utilization rate reaches up to 90.03%,and the average task re-allocation rate is only 1.04%,which is significantly better than the compared model and can provide technical support for efficient manufacturing of complex architectural decoration.关键词
