An Optimization Method of Communication Device Operation and Maintenance Management for Low-carbon Smart Parks
摘要
Abstract
The coordinated operation of services within a low-carbon smart park relies on a multitude of communication devices. These devices require regular maintenance, timely updates, and periodic replacements throughout their life cycles, imposing higher demands on the operation and maintenance management for park devices. To address this issue,in this paper we introduce an optimization method of communication device operation and maintenance management for low-carbon smart parks.Firstly,a communication framework is presented, enabling real-time interaction of high-frequency data among energy devices within the park.Secondly,a performance evaluation model is developed to assess the operation and maintenance of communication devices in low-carbon smart parks,as well as the device risks based on failure rate and failure loss.Subsequently,we formulate an optimization problem for communication device operation and maintenance management(CDOMM)with the primary objectives of minimizing risk and maintenance costs, which is then solved using a differential evolution algorithm. Finally, the simulation results demonstrate that in comparison to the traditional genetic-based communication device operation and maintenance management(G-CDOMM)algorithm and the differential evolution-based communication device operation and maintenance management(D-CDOMM)algorithm,the proposed algorithm achieves a reduction of 36.80%and 62.98%in average maintenance costs, respectively,as well as a decrease of 29.33%and 38.41%in average risk losses.关键词
