Abstract
Under the action of proportional-integral(PI)control applied to motor equipment in oil and gas fields,the motor deceleration system suffers from weak robustness and anti-disturbance capability,as well as large target error between the actual output and the expected output.On this basis,a motor deceleration control strategy is proposed based on fuzzy control and terminal sliding mode control technology.Based on the basic structure of the motor system and its mathematical model in the rotating coordinate system,the sliding mode surface function and reaching law function of terminal sliding mode control are established respectively,which weakens the influence of external compound disturbances on the motor system and improves the robustness of the motor system.On the basis of fuzzy rules and fuzzy convergence function,fuzzy control is introduced to optimize various control parameters in terminal sliding mode control,thus effectively improving the response speed and control accuracy of the motor system.In comparison with single fuzzy control and terminal sliding mode control,the experimental results show that the target error of the proposed control strategy under the influence of various disturbances is within 1%,which provides a new solution for the stable operation of the motor under complex conditions.关键词
