Abstract
This paper proposes an image restoration and enhancement solution based on artificial intelligence(AI)technol-ogy,addressing the core technical requirements of image restoration and ultra-high definition enhancement.The solution deeply integrates multiple independently developed AI algorithms and technologies to establish a full-chain intelligent resto-ration and enhancement technology system,achieving intelligent restoration and enhancement of image quality in a highly efficient and low-cost manner.These technologies have been successfully deployed in several key areas such as digital restoration of historical images,preservation of cultural heritage images,and production of ultra-high definition film and tele-vision content,generating significant social value and economic benefits,providing technical reference for the digital trans-formation of the cultural industry.关键词
