超声波辅助低共熔溶剂提取滁菊总黄酮的研究
Study on ultrasonic-assisted deep eutectic solvents extraction of total flavonoids from Chuju Chrysanthemum

Abstract
This research focused on Chuju Chrysanthemum,systematically examining the impacts of 9 distinct deep eutectic solvent(DES)compositions,ultrasonic temperature,ultrasonic duration,volume fraction of water in DES,and liquid-solid ratio on the total flavonoid extraction yield.The extraction process of total flavonoids from Chuju Chrysanthemum was optimized using single-factor and response surface methodology,with the extraction yield of total flavonoids serving as the evaluation index.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were molar ratio of n(choline chloride)∶n(urea)=1∶3,water volume fraction 53%,liquid-solid ratio 15∶1 mL/g,ultrasonic time 44 min,and ultrasonic temperature 66 ℃.At these parameter settings,the extraction efficiency reached 130.83 mg/g.These findings establish a theoretical foundation for eco-friendly flavonoid extraction from Chuju and the innovation of functional products.关键词
