废弃烟叶蛋白酶解产物抗烟草花叶病毒活性研究
Study on the antiviral activity of protein hydrolysates from discarded tobacco leaves against tobacco mosaic virus

Abstract
Alkali-soluble and acid-precipitated(AFP),ultrasound-assisted(UFP)and cellulase(EFP)-assisted extracted proteins from discarded tobacco leaves were hydrolyzed by complex enzymes to obtain three different enzymatic hydrolysates(AFPE,UFPE,EFPE),and their anti-tobacco mosaic virus(TMV)activity was determined.The results showed that the three enzymatic hydrolysates all showed inhibitory effects on TMV.At 500 μg/mL,the inhibition rate of EFPE against TMV was as high as(68.78±2.47)%,which was significantly better than that of ningnanmycin(59.22±2.17)%.The three enzymatic hydrolysates could significantly inhibit the polymerization of tobacco mosaic virus coat protein in vitro,thus limiting the self-assembly of TMV.In addition,the enzymatic hydrolysates could also improve the disease resistance of tobacco plant system by increasing the levels of defense enzymes(SOD,CAT,POD,PAL and POX).Transcriptome data showed that EFPE could stimulate the expression of transcription factors such as WRKY and PR1 by inducing metabolic pathways such as plant hormone signal transduction and plant-pathogen interaction,thereby promoting the biosynthesis of salicylic acid,phenylpropanoids and pathogenesis-related proteins.关键词
