摘要

Abstract

To investigate the spatial heterogeneity and ecological adaptability of stomatal traits of Quercus aquifolioides in the central Yunnan Province(CYP)was investigated,six kinds of stomatal traits of 10 leaves from 25 individuals in 5 samples were measured.The results showed that,the coefficient of variation of leaf stomatal traits was large ranging from 6.02%to 18.76%,among which the coefficient of variation of stomatal relative area(SRA)was the largest.Correlation analysis showed that,with the increase of latitude and longitude,stomatal density(SD)and SRA significantly increase,while stomatal size(SS)significantly decreases.And the influence of latitude and longitude changes on stomatal traits was greater than that of altitude changes.Redundancy analysis of data(RDA)and structural equation modeling indicated that annual average precipitation was the key climatic factor affecting stomatal traits,and climatic factors exerted their effects through the nitrogen and potassium content in the soil(i.e.AK and TN).Q.aquifolioides in central Yunnan adapted to the hot and dry environment through the strategy of increasing SD and SRA and decreasing SS,stomatal length(SL)and stomatal pore length(PL).
