天然多糖治疗溃疡性结肠炎的研究进展
Research progress on natural polysaccharides in the treatment of ulcerative colitis
摘要
Abstract
Ulcerative colitis(UC)is a chronic relapsing inflammatory bowel disease with a continuously rising global incidence.Given the limitations and side effects of conventional drug therapies,there is an urgent need to develop novel therapeutic strategies.Natural polysaccharides have emerged as a research focus in UC treatment due to their unique biological activities and favorable safety profiles.This article systematically reviews the structural characteristics of polysaccharides from different sources and their therapeutic effects on UC,with a particular emphasis on the mechanisms by which polysaccharides alleviate UC,including intestinal barrier protection,immune response regulation,gut microbiota modulation,anti-inflammatory effects,and antioxidant activity.The innovative applications of polysaccharide-based drug delivery systems in the targeted therapy of UC are also discussed,providing a theoretical foundation for the development of polysaccharide-based strategies in UC treatment.关键词
