肥猪散发酵产物对昆明小鼠生长性能、脏器指数及血浆生化的影响
Effects of Fermented Feizhu San Product on Growth Performance,Organ Indices and Plasma Biochemistry of Kunming Mice

Abstract
The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the effects of fermented Feizhu powder product(FFP)on the growth performance,organ indices,and plasma biochemistry of Kunming mice.Sixty healthy Kunming mice,half male and half female,were selected and divided into five groups.Their body weight and feed intake were recorded,and blood,heart,liver,spleen,and kidney samples were collected on day 28 to detect changes in organ indices and plasma biochemistry.The results showed that the final body weight and ADG,ALT in the 1%FFP group and 2%FFP group were significantly higher than those in the blank control group,2%Feizhu powder group,and 0.5%FFP group(P＜0.05).It can be concluded that FFP can improve the growth performance of mice without causing adverse effects on the body,and the recommended dosage is 1%.关键词
