国内外尽职调查法规规则对企业供应链合规的影响分析

Abstract
Against the backdrop of the global supply chain governance transitioning towards"full-chain due diligence",due diligence regulations in the EU and the international community have formed a mandatory and penetrating regulatory framework.This poses severe challenges to supply chain compliance for Chinese enterprises deeply embedded in the global industrial chain,especially export-oriented enterprises in Shenzhen.This paper systematically sorts out the due diligence regulatory frameworks of the EU,international organizations and major economies,compares relevant regulatory practices in China(including Shenzhen),and conducts an in-depth analysis of the specific impacts of various regulations on enterprises'supply chain compliance in aspects such as cost control,risk management and market access.Finally,it proposes practical paths for enterprises to adapt to international rules and strengthen compliance management,providing operational guidance for export-oriented enterprises in Shenzhen and across the country to align with international rules and enhance supply chain resilience.关键词
