基于治疗药物监测的米那普仑血药浓度剂量比的影响因素分析
Analysis of influencing factors of steady-state concentration/dose ratio of milnacipran based on therapeutic drug monitoring

Abstract
Objective To investigate the influencing factors of the steady-state concentration/dose ratio(C/D)for milnacipran tablets based on therapeutic drug monitoring(TDM),with the goal of promoting individualized use of this medication.Methods Inpatients who underwent milnacipran TDM were included in this study.General information,including gender,age,body mass index(BMI)and serum creatinine levels were collected through the medical record system.Additionally,dosage and comedication data were recorded.The analysis of these data was conducted using SPSS 23.0.Results A total of 156 patients with steady-state concentrations determined by milnacipran TDM were included in the analysis.The steady-state concentration of milnacipran was found to be 95.52(67.34,126.97)ng·mL-1,C/D was 0.95(0.71,1.24)ng·mL-1·mg-1·d.Multiple linear regression analysis indicated that renal function statistically significantly influenced C/D(P<0.05).C/D ratio in patients with renal insufficiency and patients with normal insufficiency were 1.16(0.79,1.50)and 0.92(0.64,1.08)ng·mL-1·mg-1·d,with statisticaly significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The factors influencing milnacipran's C/D are complex;therefore,for patients with renal insufficiency,regular monitoring of serum drug concentrations is recommended to ensure both safety and efficacy in its use.关键词
