心房颤动脉冲电场消融术后复发的机制和对策
Mechanisms and countermeasures of recurrence of atrial fibrillation after pulsed field ablation
摘要
Abstract
As a novel non-thermal ablation technique,pulsed field ablation(PFA)has demonstrated broad prospects in catheter ablation for atrial fibrillation(AF)due to its advantages of strong tissue selectivity and high safety.However,according to the literature currently published,PFA has not improved the surgical efficacy in paroxysmal AF.In the treatment of persistent AF,although relevant reports suggest that the success rate of PFA is higher than in the era of radiofrequency ablation,there is still a lack of evidence from randomized controlled trials(RCTs).Thus,the issue of postoperative recurrence remains a matter of close concern.In-depth understanding of the mechanisms underlying recurrence after PFA and the implementation of targeted prevention and treatment strategies are of great significance for further enhancing the long-term success rate of PFA in AF treatment.关键词
