Abstract
[Objective]To address the issues of large fluctuations in cigarette suction resistance,untimely manual adjustments,and low qualified rates of suction resistance during the production process of the medium roll joint unit,an adaptive cigarette suction resistance control system based on online laser drilling was designed.[Methods]By improving the program of the original laser drilling equipment and utilizing real-time measurement data from the online testing platform at the cigarette machine outlet,the system adjusts the pulse width parameters of the laser drilling equipment based on the suction resistance control model,thereby keeping the cigarette suction resistance within the standard range.[Results]Testing was conducted on a certain brand of cigarettes produced by a certain cigarette factory.The results showed that after the implementation of the cigarette suction resistance control system,the standard deviation of cigarette suction resistance decreased from 48.89 Pa to 44.94 Pa,with a reduction of 8.07%.The pass rate increased from 97.34%to 99.67%.[Conclusion]This system effectively enhances the automation level of rolling equipment and can be promoted for use in winding equipment such as ZJ118,ZJ116,and M5.关键词
