卷烟机流化床中烟丝颗粒受力的数值模拟及供丝均匀性研究
A numerical investigation on feeding uniformity and forces on tobacco particles in fluidized bed of a cigarette maker

Abstract
[Objective]A visualized numerical model of the tobacco supply system of the ZJ118 cigarette maker was established for numerical simulation analyses of the transportation process,revealing the gas-solid two-phase flow dynamics mechanisms and rules that affect the tobacco supply performance.[Methods]The coupled Computational Fluid Dynamics-Discrete Element Method(CFD-DEM)approach is used to simulate the complete process of two air-separation stages of tobacco and stem particles and pneumatic transportation in a curved fluidized bed.The numerical model is calibrated by comparing with experimental results of pneumatic parameters at key locations.By adjusting air inflow velocities at different inlets,material mass flow rate,particle structure,and particle flexibility,anisotropy indices of particle distribution and particle-wall contact forces are obtained under various conditions.[Results]The air velocities at the six inlets have different impacts on the uniformity of particle distribution and particle-wall contact forces,and selecting appropriate air velocity values can optimize the transportation performance.The particle distribution uniformity and particle-wall contacts also depend on tobacco mass flow rate,particle size distribution,and particle flexibility.关键词
