Conceptual Tracing and Exploration Pathways of Chronic Renal Failure in Ancient Traditional Chinese Medicine Literature
摘要
Abstract
As an important carrier of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)scholarship,ancient book embodies the valuable experience of medical practitioners across successive dynasties and holds significant practical value for the diagnosis and treatment of modern diseases.However,due to the academic differences between modern medicine and TCM,as well as the semantic barriers between ancient and modern language,it is difficult to effectively and systematically excavate the knowledge pertaining to modern diseases from ancient literature.To address this practical challenge,this paper explores the TCM connotation and extension of modern diseases,comprehensively traces the conceptual origins of diseases in ancient TCM literature,and collects evidence from ancient texts related to diseases in a hierarchical and multi-dimensional manner.Using the research process of chronic renal failure as a case demonstration,this study explores new pathways for excavating ancient literature knowledge on modern diseases.The aim is to expand the breadth of knowledge inclusion from ancient literature,enhance the precision of incorporation,innovate the paradigm of ancient literature research,and establish a relatively clear set of working pathways and screening criteria for the organization of ancient literature on modern diseases.关键词
