Simultaneous content determination of thirty-four constituents in Shenxiong Yixin Granules by HPLC-MS/MS

Abstract
AIM To establish an HPLC-MS/MS method for the simultaneous content determination of ginsenosides[ginsenosides Rg1,Re,Rf,Rb1,Ra1,Rc,Rg2,Rh1,(R)-Rg2,Rb2,(R)-Rh1,Rb3,Ro,Rd,Rg3,(R)-Rg3],phenolic acids(danshensu,protocatechuic acid,neochlorogenic acid,chlorogenic acid,protocatechuic aldehyde,cryptochlorogenic acid,caffeic acid,syringic acid,4-hydroxycinnamic acid,ferulic acid,rosmarinic acid,salvianolic acid B),tanshinones(dihydrotanshinone Ⅰ,tanshinone Ⅰ,cryptotanshinone,tanshinone Ⅱ A)and flavonoids(hyperoside,isoquercitrin)in Shenxiong Yixin Granules.METHODS The analysis was performed on a 30 ℃ thermostatic phenomenex Luna C18 coclumn(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),with the mobile phase comprising of 0.01%formic acid-acetonitrile flowing at 0.4 mL/min,and electron spray ionization source was adopted in positive and negative ion scanning with multiple reaction monitoring mode.RESULTS Thirty-four constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r>0.993 5),whose average recoveries were 89.33%-118.44%with the RSDs of 1.80%-8.39%.CONCLUSION This simple,feasible,stable and reliable method can be used for the quality control of Shenxiong Yixin Granules.关键词
