摘要

Abstract

Using 50 Glycine max germplasm resources as materials,a genotype analysis of the main effective loci variation sites for resistance to cyst nematode(SCN)was conducted,and the resistance of the 3rd physio-logical race was identified,as well as the correlation analysis of phenotypic traits and principal component analysis,etc.The results showed that in the evaluation of resistance to SCN3,5 disease-resistant germplasms were selected(accounting for 10%).13 moderately resistant germplasms(accounting for 26%).Through the rhg1-570 marker,it was found that the detection rates of SNP_462A and SNP_774A alleles at the rhg1 locus were 72.22%and 61.11%respectively;through the Rhg4-SHMT marker,the detection rates of SNP_389G and SNP_510C alleles at the Rhg4 locus were 33.33%and 50.00%respectively.In the principal component analysis of the 13 disease-resistant germplasms,the cumulative contribution rate of the 4 principal compo-nents(with eigenvalues greater than 1)reached 83.501%.Based on the comprehensive evaluation D value,3 high-quality disease-resistant germplasms with higher comprehensive scores(QFY25-3,QFY25-32 and QFY25-8)were selected.
