大豆抗SCN基因rhg1与Rhg4变异位点及育种利用评价

Abstract
Using 50 Glycine max germplasm resources as materials,a genotype analysis of the main effective loci variation sites for resistance to cyst nematode(SCN)was conducted,and the resistance of the 3rd physio-logical race was identified,as well as the correlation analysis of phenotypic traits and principal component analysis,etc.The results showed that in the evaluation of resistance to SCN3,5 disease-resistant germplasms were selected(accounting for 10%).13 moderately resistant germplasms(accounting for 26%).Through the rhg1-570 marker,it was found that the detection rates of SNP_462A and SNP_774A alleles at the rhg1 locus were 72.22%and 61.11%respectively;through the Rhg4-SHMT marker,the detection rates of SNP_389G and SNP_510C alleles at the Rhg4 locus were 33.33%and 50.00%respectively.In the principal component analysis of the 13 disease-resistant germplasms,the cumulative contribution rate of the 4 principal compo-nents(with eigenvalues greater than 1)reached 83.501%.Based on the comprehensive evaluation D value,3 high-quality disease-resistant germplasms with higher comprehensive scores(QFY25-3,QFY25-32 and QFY25-8)were selected.关键词
