前庭性偏头痛患者抑郁情绪现状调查及其与前庭功能的关系
Investigation on the Current Status of Depressive Mood in Patients with Vestibular Migraine and Its Relationship with Vestibular Function

Abstract
Objective To investigate the depression status and its relationship with vestibular function in patients with vestibular migraine(VM).Methods Clinical data of 101 patients with VM diagnosed and treated in Wuhan Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from December 2023 to September 2025 were retrospectively collected.The Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD)was used to investigate the patients'depression status,and 101 patients were divided into depression group(n=48,HAMD score≥7 points)and non-depression group(n=53,HAMD score<7 points).The vestibular function of patients was evaluated,and the relationship between depression and vestibular function was analyzed.Results The average HAMD score of 101 patients with VM was(7.70±2.10)points.The proportions of abnormal head-shaking test,abnormal caloric test,abnormal cervical vestibular evoked myogenic potential(cVEMP)examination,elevated maximum slow phase velocity,elevated canal paresis value,elevated cVEMP bilateral asymmetry ratio,disease course≥4 weeks and Dizziness Handicap Inventory(DHI)score≥60 points in the depression group were all higher than those in the non-depression group(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that the maximum slow phase velocity,canal paresis value and cVEMP bilateral asymmetry ratio were positively correlated with HAMD score in patients with VM(P<0.05).Binary logistic regression analysis showed that abnormal head-shaking test,abnormal caloric test,abnormal cVEMP and DHI score≥60 points were independent influencing factors of depression in patients with VM(P<0.05).Conclusion Depression is relatively common in patients with VM,and it is closely associated with vestibular dysfunction such as abnormal head-shaking test,abnormal caloric test and abnormal cVEMP.Clinically,simultaneous depression screening and vestibular function assessment should be emphasized for patients with VM to carry out comprehensive management.关键词
