超声引导下微波消融联合TACE治疗复发性肝癌的近期疗效及对患者肝功能、免疫功能的影响
The Short-Term Efficacy of Ultrasound-Guided Microwave Ablation Combined with TACE for Recurrent Hepatocellular Carcinoma and Its Influence on Liver and Immune Function

Abstract
Objective To explore the short-term efficacy of ultrasound-guided microwave ablation combined with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE)for recurrent hepatocellular carcinoma and its impact on liver function and immune function in patients.Methods A total of 120 patients with recurrent hepatocellular carcinoma admitted to Cangzhou Central Hospital from January 2023 to January 2025 were retrospectively enrolled.According to the treatment regimen,patients were divided into the combined group(n=62)and the control group(n=58).The combined group received ultrasound-guided microwave ablation combined with TACE,while the control group received TACE alone.The short-term efficacy was compared between the two groups at 3 months after treatment;changes in liver function indicators(aspartate aminotransferase,alanine aminotransferase,total bilirubin)and immune function indicators(CD3+,CD4+T lymphocyte percentage,natural killer cell activity)before and after treatment,as well as the occurrence of adverse events,were recorded.Results The total effective rate in the combined group was 72.58%,which was higher than that in the control group(44.83%)(P<0.05).After treatment,serum levels of aspartate aminotransferase,alanine aminotransferase,and total bilirubin in both groups decreased,and those in the combined group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3+,CD4+T lymphocytes,and natural killer cell activity in both groups increased significantly,and those in the combined group were significantly higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the control group and the combined group(P>0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided microwave ablation combined with TACE shows definite short-term efficacy in the treatment of recurrent hepatocellular carcinoma,helps improve liver function and enhance immune function,and demonstrates good short-term safety.关键词
