肺结节患者中医体质分布规律及与影像组学特征的相关性研究
Distribution Patterns of Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitutions in Patients with Pulmonary Nodules and the Correlation with Radiomic Features

Abstract
[Objective]To investigate the distribution patterns of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)constitutions in patients with pulmonary nodules and their correlation with radiomic features.[Methods]Collect data on patients with pulmonary nodules from Zhejiang Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine between January 2018 and December 2023.Through a prospective questionnaire survey,collect information on their TCM constitution types,clinical data,and imaging data,and analyze the distribution patterns of TCM constitutions.Spearman correlation analysis was used to evaluate the relationship between TCM constitution types and radiomic features.[Results]A total of 398 valid questionnaires were analyzed.The cohort included 145 males(36.43%)and 253 females(63.57%),with a mean age of(49.94±12.88)years.Among the patients,the predominant TCM constitutions were Qi deficiency(145 cases),Yang deficiency(85 cases),and Qi stagnation(51 cases).During follow-up,59 patients underwent surgery confirming malignancy,with Qi deficiency(19 cases),Yang deficiency(13 cases)and blood stasis(10 cases)being the most common constitutions.Correlation analysis revealed weak positive associations between Yin deficiency constitution and six radiomic features(P<0.05),and weak negative correlations between Qi stagnation constitution and three radiomic features(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The distribution of TCM constitutions in patients with pulmonary nodules is discrepant,specific constitutions,such as Yin deficiency and Qi stagnation,exhibit certain correlations with radiomic features in malignant pulmonary nodules.关键词
