基于宁波范氏内科的儿童性早熟辨治经验
Experience of Treating Precocious Puberty in Children Based on Ningbo"FAN's Internal Medicine"
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]Based on the academic thought of Ningbo"FAN's Internal Medicine",to systematically summarize the clinical experience in using"FAN's anti-precocious puberty formula"to diagnose and treat children with precocious puberty.[Methods]Through diagnosis and treatment based on syndrome differentiation and classification,collecting clinical cases,the experience in the treatment of children with precocious puberty was summarized from the aspects of etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation,treatment experience and clinical requirements,and a verification case was attached.[Results]Based on the academic thought of"FAN's Internal Medicine",the pathogenesis of precocious puberty in children presents a mixed characteristic of deficiency and excess.Among them,deficiency syndromes are mainly characterized by kidney Yin deficiency and spleen Qi deficiency,while excess syndromes are mainly caused by the accumulation of pathological products such as liver fire,Qi stagnation,phlegm coagulation and blood stasis.In the process of clinical syndrome differentiation,the influences of the patient's constitution,disease location and pathogenic factors should be comprehensively considered.In terms of treatment methods,three approaches of treating from the kidney,liver and spleen can be flexibly applied.At the same time,in clinical practice,it is emphasized to balance the symptoms and root causes,adapt to the three factors,use light and flexible medications,and attach importance to regulation and care.The experience prescriptions of"FAN's Internal Medicine",such as Ziyin Qinghuo Kangzao Formula and Ziyin Huatan Kangzao Formula,can also be flexibly used.In the attached medical case,the child with precocious puberty was diagnosed with the syndrome of Yin deficiency and excessive fire.The clinical treatment was to nourish Yin and reduce fire,soothe the liver and strengthen the spleen.Choosing the modified Ziyin Qinghuo Kangzao Formula and combined with acupoint application.This case successfully delayed the process of sexual development and had effective therapeutic effect.[Conclusion]Based on the academic thought of Ningbo"FAN's Internal Medicine",it accurately grasps the pathogenesis characteristics of mixed deficiency and excess in children with precocious puberty,and applies FAN's anti-precocity formula for treatment.The therapeutic effect is definite,and this approach warrants further research and promotion.关键词
