地方性知识视角下中医伦理阐释及实践路径研究——以浙派中医为例
Study on the Interpretation and Practical Pathways of Traditional Chinese Medicine Ethics from the Perspective of Local Knowl-edge:Taking Zhejiang School of Traditional Chinese Medicine as An Example

Abstract
[Objective]To explore the association between locality knowledge and ethics of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),in order to reveal the contemporary value of ethics of TCM under the perspective of locality knowledge and explore its practical pathways in Zhejiang school of TCM.[Methods]Employing literature review methodology,this study investigates the historical development of TCM ethics,the theoretical implications of local knowledge,and relevant literature of Zhejiang school of TCM,highlights the pivotal role of the local knowledge perspective in TCM ethics research.Taking the Zhejiang school of TCM as an example,the study analyzes the interactive mechanisms between local knowledge and TCM ethics,progressively deducing their contemporary value and practical pathways.[Results]Local knowledge and the ethics of TCM are deeply intertwined at the levels of values,ethical norms,and social practice,with TCM academic schools serving as mediators in this relationship.In long-term medical practice,Zhejiang school of TCM combines regional natural environment and humanistic traditions of Zhejiang,with experience of diagnosis and treatment,which not only shapes an academic system with distinct regional characteristics,but also enriches the practical connotation of TCM ethics,reflecting the deep influence of local knowledge on the development of TCM ethics.TCM ethics embody contemporary value in terms of regional cultural heritage,the cultivation of medical ethics,and the innovation of TCM culture.Therefore,it is essential to respect and integrate these ethics into regional cultures,strengthen institutional education and cultural dissemination,and promote the innovation of TCM ethics,to facilitate the sustainable development of TCM ethics in modern times.[Conclusion]Local knowledge serves as a crucial foundation for the localization of TCM ethics,which holds unique contemporary value in the transmission of regional culture,the cultivation of medical ethics,and cultural innovation.In the future,more efforts should be made to promote the interaction between local knowledge and TCM ethics,in order to achieve the dual development of theory and practice in TCM ethics,thereby contributing more Chinese wisdom to the advancement of TCM and medical ethics.关键词
