Abstract
Objective Based on CiteSpace,this paper discusses the current research status,hotspots and development trends in the field of nutcracker syndrome in China.Methods The literatures related to nutcracker syndrome published on CNKI,Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform and VIP from the establishment of the database to September 2025 were searched,and bibliometric and visual analysis were conducted.Results A total of 632 relevant literatures were included,and the overall number of published papers showed an upward trend.The author with the highest number of publications was Zhang Bo,and the institution with the highest number of publications was the Department of Urology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinan University.Co-occurrence analysis showed that there was little collaboration and loose connections among authors and institutions in this field.High-frequency key words included hematuria,color Doppler ultrasound,3D printing,ultrasound,and treatment.The research hotspots in this field had gradually shifted towards on the application of minimally invasive techniques and 3D printing technology.Conclusion Research groups and institutions in this field have not yet formed close connections and lack academic exchanges and extensive cooperation.It is necessary for all parties to deepen communication and strengthen cooperation to promote the high-quality development of the discipline.Ultrasound is the preferred auxiliary diagnostic method,and related research has become mature.Minimally invasive treatment is a research hotspot and trend,especially the application of 3D printing technology.关键词
