摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the potential categories of social alienation and their relationship with frailty in elderly stroke patients. Methods A total of 312 elderly patients with ischemic stroke who visited the Affiliated Hospital of North China University of Science and Technology from January to August 2025 were selected as research subjects. The assessment was conducted using methods such as the general information questionnaire, general alienation scale,Fried frailty phenotype,Fugl-Meyer motor scale, and Center for Epidemiologic Studies depression scale.A potential profile analysis of social alienation in elderly stroke patients was conducted. The relationship between the potential categories of social alienation and frailty was analyzed using the x2 test and multivariate Logistic regression. Results The social alienation levels of elderly stroke patients were classified as high social alienation-high self-doubt(28.52%),moderate social alienation-balanced alienation(35.90%),and low social alienation-low self-doubt(35.58%).The results of multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that moderate social distancing-balanced alienation(OR=2.279,95%CI:1.227-4.232)and high social alienation-high self-doubt(OR=3.379,95%CI:1.560-7.317)were risk factors for frailty in elderly stroke patients. Conclusion Moderate social distancing-balanced alienation and high social alienation-high self-doubt will significantly increase the risk of frailty in elderly stroke patients.Targeted interventions should be carried out for different socially isolated populations.关键词
