穴位贴敷对肺肾气虚型COPD稳定期患者运动耐力及心肺功能的临床疗效观察
Clinical observation on the efficacy of acupoint application on exercise endurance and cardiopulmonary function in stable COPD patients of lung and kidney Qi deficiency type

Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of acupoint application on exercise tolerance and cardiopulmonary function in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)patients of the lung-kidney Qi deficiency type during the stable phase.Methods A total of 80 patients with stable-stage COPD of the lung-kidney Qi deficiency type admitted to Longyan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Xiamen University from July to December 2025 were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40)using a random number table.The control group received Western medical symptomatic treatments such as anti-infection therapy,antitussive,expectorant,and antiasthmatic agents.The observation group received additional acupoint application therapy on top of control group's treatment regimen:Application was performed every other day for 1-2 hours per session,with 7 consecutive sessions constituting one treatment course,totaling 3 courses.Before treatment and at the end of each course,the 6-minute walk distance(6MWD),forced expiratory volume in one second as percentage of predicted value(FEV1％),and scores from the modified efficacy satisfaction questionnaire for COPD(mESQ-COPD)were recorded for both groups.Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores were calculated before treatment and after all treatment courses.Results After treatment,6MWD and FEV1％were improved in both groups compared to baseline levels,with observation group demonstrating higher values than control group(P<0.05).Additionally,the mESQ-COPD scores and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores decreased in both groups compared to baseline,with observation group exhibiting lower values than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application,as a supplement to pharmacological treatment,can effectively improve exercise tolerance and cardiopulmonary function in patients with stable COPD of lung-kidney Qi deficiency type,enhance quality of life,and demonstrate significant therapeutic efficacy.关键词
