职业教育教学关键要素改革的协同演进机制及实现路径
Synergistic Evolution Mechanism and Implementation Paths of Key Teaching Elements Reform in Vocational Education

Abstract
Reforming key teaching elements of vocational education is a crucial foundation and prerequisite for building a modern vocational education system and a powerful education country.To address the linear connections and fragmented state among key elements such as majors,curricula,teaching materials,instructors and practical training bases,it is essential to guide the process with the theory of co-evolution,use scenario-based intersections as the linkage hub,and establish a five-dimensional dynamic network evolution mechanism driven by a double helix to promote nonlinear dynamic interactions among these key elements.To achieve this goal,coordinated innovation must be pursued across three dimensions,including organizational restructuring,technological empowerment,and evaluation reform.Through organizational restructuring,a cross-border governance community with diversified participation should be established;by leveraging platform empowerment,precise matching of enterprise resources and rapid response to industry demands should be realized;and through evaluation innovation,synchronized resonance in the reform of all key elements should be promoted.关键词
